Finance Committee - 2010 The Finance Committee of the Alliance for Children and Families Board of Directors is made up of Alliance member executives and nonmember staff who may also serve on the Alliance board. The mission of the Finance Committee is to review and formulate recommendations for all financial affairs of the Alliance. Its purpose is to establish and approve Alliance financial policies and procedures; review and submit the annual audit of Alliance financial statements; review and submit membership dues pricing; approve and monitor investment strategies for Alliance assets; establish policies and procedures to safeguard the assets of the organizations, including the fixed assets owned by the Alliance; review and submit the Alliance annual budget; and establish risk management policies and procedures that meet the standards of the Council on Accreditation. | |
