Strategic Positioning Committee - 2010

The Strategic Positioning Committee of the Alliance for Children and Families Board of Directors is made up of Alliance member executives and nonmember staff who may also serve on the Alliance board.

The mission of the Strategic Positioning Committee is to assure that the vision, mission, goals, and objectives, as approved by the board, are fully operationalized through measurable results and continuously shaped to positively position the Alliance for the future. Its purpose is to regularly review outcome measures and prioritized strategies for reporting, analysis, and continued improvement; review the current environment and other variables to continuously shape and fine tune the Alliance’s strategic plan; and work with the finance committee prior to subsequent year budget development regarding the financial resource implications of the strategic plan and its implementation.
