Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be in writing. Written cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received after Jan. 25, 2008, for the February institute or May 2, 2008, for the May institute will not be refunded. Notice of written cancellation must be directed via e-mail to:
