Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be in writing.
Written cancellations are subject to a $50
processing fee. Cancellations received after
Jan. 25, 2008, for the February institute or May
2, 2008, for the May institute will not be
refunded. Notice of written cancellation must be
