He previously served on the national staff of the Alliance predecessor organization, Family Service America, as senior vice
president for membership services from 1988-1997.

Peter Goldberg

Prior to joining the Alliance in 1994, Peter held a variety of positions in the corporate and philanthropic fields and the public sector. He was president of the Prudential Foundation and headed Primerica’s social responsibility programs. Goldberg was also project director for the New York State Heroin and Alcohol Abuse Study and was special assistant to the director of the U.S. government’s National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism.
