About the Executive Leadership Institute
Instructional Methodology
The Executive Leadership Institute program focuses on best practices
in the field of human services management and leadership. Content is
delivered over 100 hours in two concentrated sessions of 4˝ days
each over two years. The course of study includes pre-institute
reading, formal presentations, interactive sessions, a practicum,
and individual mentoring.
A project, completed between the first and second years, ends with
an oral presentation before the assembly of participants and
faculty. Faculty of the university’s School of Social Work and Ross Business School serve as
mentors for the projects.
