PRE-CONFERENCE INFORMATION



National Leadership Institute
Monday, October 27, 2008 • Noon-5 p.m.

This special half-day institute is intended for new executives within the Alliance network and member agencies that have joined the Alliance since October 2007. The institute will feature presentations about the seven components of high-performing nonprofit organizations, the CEO’s role in changing organizations during changing times, and how to prepare yourself and your organization for the upcoming leadership deficit.

Attendees will have an opportunity to network and share information in small-group discussions. The $75 fee for this institute (in addition to the full conference registration fee) includes lunch and program materials. Space is limited to the first 50 participants.
