Severson Center Launches Trend Web Site
The Severson Center has launched a trend web site, allowing Alliance members access to a greater library of information in a readily accessible, user-friendly format. This new web site, a supplement to Scanning the Horizons 2007-2008, the Alliance’s executive summary of the current top trends, is for members only and may be accessed at www.alliancetrends.org

To obtain the access information for the Alliance Trend site, please follow these instructions:

MEMBERS ONLY: Please login to the Alliance’s main Web site* using the login icon on the top of this page and then return to this page to obtain the login instructions for the Trend Web site.

*Feel free to contact the Severson Center if you need assistance logging into the Alliance's main Web site.

2007 - 2008 Severson Center Trend Report Available Online
The latest edition of the Alliance’s trend report, Scanning the Horizons, 2007 – 2008: Top Five Trends is now available for download on the new trend web site (see above) and in DocuShare. This year’s edition is a 34 page executive summary of the top five trends affecting nonprofit human service organizations.

To access the report in DocuShare:

  • Login to DocuShare*

  • Type 14628 in the Search box in the upper right corner of the page

  • When the results appear, click on the title, Scanning the Horizons 2007 – 2008: Top Five Trends, to view, print or download the trend report.

A CD of Scanning the Horizons 2007 – 2008: Top Five Trends has been mailed to all Alliance member CEOs. Additional copies of the CD may be purchased here.

FEES FOR SEVERSON CENTER SERVICES

Staff of Alliance member organizations may request information having to do with their daily, operational activities in the agency at no cost, as a benefit of full membership in the Alliance for Children and Families.

Non-members may contact the Severson Center to inquire about our fee-for-service assistance. Minimum fee = $125 per hour.
