Through planning and coordinating activities associated with marketing and promoting the Alliance, as well as maintaining solid relationships with current members, the Alliance Member Services department keeps in constant contact with members.

Member Services also provides information, resources, and linkages to appropriate programming and organizational development opportunities, such as executive transition. The membership division plans all member conferences and meetings throughout the year. A National Conference is also offered in the fall, providing enriching programs and speakers, and an opportunity for members to network and share resources.

COMPLETE YOUR MEMBER PROFILE SURVEY
Your Data Facilitates Peer Networking, Information Sharing, and Program Development
For Alliance Members Only: The Member Profile Survey is a valuable tool which allows the Alliance to provide the programs and services our members need most. Please take the time to completely fill out the survey. You and your peers will surely benefit. For more information about the survey, contact our evaluation and research department.

Through the feedback we receive from the member survey, which includes more than 130 different program and service areas, the Alliance can connect you with members around the country with similar programs. The survey also provides detailed information on software products/vendors being used by Alliance members for insurance billing, outcomes, fundraising, or client treatment, and even which members have recently conducted a capital campaign.

To obtain meaningful data from the survey results, please contact the Severson Center.
