Location(s): Liberty Resources provides services in eight counties throughout the central region of New York state.

Outside of its home state, Liberty Resources provides services throughout Florida in support of the Department of Juvenile Justice’s Redirection Project. In Charleston, S.C., Liberty is also a Network Partner for Multisystemic Therapy (MST), providing clinical oversight in several states.

Mission: “To assist individuals and families in need of achieving an improved quality of life by providing residential and non-residential services tailored to meet their particular needs. We offer progressive services in the least restrictive, most community-based setting possible for each individual.

“We are committed to excellence in all aspects of service delivery, staff development and business management.”
Program and service highlights: Liberty Resources’ varied services fall under one of the following divisional umbrellas: Adult Services, Child and Family Services, and Developmental Disabilities Services. These divisions and their respective programs touch the lives of more than 5,000 individuals and families annually.
