Job Training
Well, I started (W2) on June 12 and I haven’t heard anything from my case worker about job training.

Have you received job training recently? No

Employment
I was working at Packerland Shell, [but] got let go due to family matters. [I] wanted to go back to work but couldn’t because of pregnancy and W2. It was pretty easy getting a job. I’m a fast learner.

Have you gotten a new job, increased work hours or earnings in the recent past? No

Child Care
Like I said before, my case worker never said anything or told me or sent me any information about this. But I would like to know more about this program because I would like to go back to school.

Have you received child care assistance to help you get to work? No

Transportation
I don’t drive because I don’t have a driver’s license. Sometimes it is really easy getting a ride for places to go. Since I’ve been on W2, it’s been really hard to get transportation to appointment meetings, doctor appointments, etc. I spent about $20 to $25 on gas to people who would give me a ride.

Do you have adequate transportation to get to and from work? No

Health
My health has been pretty good so far. As for my family, that’s doing pretty well also.

Do you and your family have a regular doctor who normally provides care? No

Health Care
I do get Medical Assistance for me and my girls. It’s very helpful having MA, but my two girls, Samantha and Destinee, have another type of insurance through their father.

Do you now have health insurance of any kind (including Medicaid)? Yes

Additional Information
Well, I have no problems that occurred yet [as far as] getting help with the State goes. I have no bad experiences.
