Leadership 18 Members
Big Brothers Big Sisters
Leadership 18 is a coalition of CEOs from the largest and most respected nonprofit organizations in America. The late Peter Goldberg, who served as president and CEO of the Alliance for Children and Families, served as the group’s chair.
The mission of Leadership 18 is to provide a forum for improving strategic leadership and inspiring collective actions that improve individuals’ lives and the conditions in which they reside.
The national organizations represented in Leadership 18 collectively serve more than 87 million people each year through their local affiliates, member organizations, and chapters across the country.
Leadership 18 leverages the power of that large constituency of member organizations to influence policy, service delivery, and public opinion about some of the nation’s most pressing human service issues.
Priorities for Leadership 18 are established at biannual meetings and currently include Gulf Coast long-term recovery, economic and financial self-sufficiency, and health and human services improvements.
