The organization will be invoiced after the Alliance receives copies of the additional required information listed at right.

The membership application is not complete until the following items are provided. Please send to the Alliance as soon as possible:
- Signed membership application addendum
- A copy of last year’s financial audit (for calculating dues)
- Most current annual report

Optional: The Alliance Severson Center requests that new members send a copy (CD is preferred) of the organization’s most current accreditation self-study from the Council on Accreditation. The self-study will be housed in the Severson Center and shared with other Alliance members as appropriate.
By submitting the organization’s self-study documents, you are agreeing to allow the Alliance to add documents from the self-study to the Severson Center collection and share this information with other members.
