National Family Week

National Family Week is an annual celebration observed during the week of Thanksgiving. The Alliance for Strong Families and Communities and its member organizations have annually promoted National Family Week for more than 40 years.

National Family Week is designed to build community connections and honor those who strengthen families. Alliance members regularly host local events that involve families, community residents, area leaders, and policymakers. Typical observances include community forums, resource fairs, volunteer projects, seminars, and awards programs. … more
