The 21st Century Potential of Constituency Voice: Opportunities for Reform in the United States Human Services Sector is a white paper published by the Alliance for Children and Families.
The report is intended to help organizations understand why current practices that gather feedback from primary constituents are often unhelpful. It also provides a framework for determining if comparative data could be utilized to:
- Improve feedback efforts
- Realize the potential for transforming the way service providers, service beneficiaries, and funders work together to create positive social change
The authors offer recommendations for reform, which are designed to lead nonprofits toward transforming the utilization, or underutilization, of constituency feedback.
