Brian Carroll
Brian Carroll is president and CEO of Secret Harbor in Burlington, Wash.
He previously served as president of the American Association of Children’s Residential Centers, a sister organization of the Alliance for Children and Families.
Carroll also led the Copalis program’s Special Care Unit its director. This is a program of Washington’s Division of Juvenile Rehabilitation.
