Heather Feltman
Heather Feltman is president and CEO of Alliance for Children and Families member Lutheran Social Services of New England (LSS) in Wellesley, Mass. LSS provides more than 60 programs throughout six states.
Prior to joining LSS, Feltman served as executive director of Lutheran Disaster Response. During her tenure, the organization grew from 15 affiliate organizations to 40. These affiliates collaborate in times of disaster, including during Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Rita.
She graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in social work, and she earned a graduate degree in nonprofit management and religion.
