The Alliance for Children and Families facilitates peer-to-peer networking among staff at Alliance member organizations through Community of Practice email groups.

Community of Practice groups are organized around specific areas of professional responsibility. This creates opportunities for:

  • Networking with peers across the country
  • Sharing specialized knowledge, resources, and ideas
  • Generating solutions to challenges that affect specific functions within an organization

All staff at Alliance member organizations may join Community of Practice groups as a complimentary benefit of membership
