The Alliance for Children and Families’ annual human services compensation reports are invaluable tools for helping members and other organizations discover how to keep their organizations strong, competitive, and high performing.

Data for the report is compiled from a survey of Alliance member organizations.

The focus of the report alternates every other year:

  • Even Years. The report examines figures for management positions.
  • Odd Years. The report examines figures for professional and program staff.

    • Organization budget size

  • Survey-to-survey trends
