Revenue-Generating Opportunities with FEI Behavioral Health

Through the Alliance for Children and Families’ affiliation with FEI Behavioral Health, Alliance members gain access to several revenue-generating opportunities.

Workforce & Employee Assistance Programs

FEI contracts with Alliance member organizations and their staff clinicians to provide workforce support, employee assistance programs, and counseling services to its clients throughout the United States.

Services may include some or all of the following:

• In-person short-term counseling
• Telephone counseling
• Legal and financial resources and assistance
• Health and wellness services
• Child care resources
• Elder care assessment and resources
• Critical incident response
• Crisis support and training services

Crisis Management Services

FEI contracts with staff at Alliance member organizations to help respond when a catastrophic event affects an FEI client organizations.

Crisis responders work directly with survivors, families, and victims affected by a crisis, providing information and psychological support. This work is supportive rather than clinical in nature.

Crisis responders may be asked to travel on immediate notice to the location of a crisis.
