Elizabeth Caldwell a librarian in the Alliance for Children and Families Severson Center. She joined the Alliance in 2006.
Caldwell has significantly contributed to the Alliance's research and reporting on annual trends in the nonprofit human services sector. She helped grow this effort from one annual report into a line of Scanning the Horizons knowledge products.
She also coordinates the collection of Alliance members' Council on Accreditation (COA) self-study documents, which are added to the Severson Center's DocuShare database to support members that are pursuing accreditation.
Before joining the Alliance, Caldwell worked as a corporate librarian and consultant at several Fortune 500 and private consulting companies. In this role, she supported marketing, sales, research, engineering, and corporate leaders with their information needs.
