EOE/M/F/D/V Job Description Family & Children's Place has a full-time opening for the key position of Vice President of Programs. The position will help develop new and innovative services and programs, and promote program staff leadership. The VP of Programs is a member of the senior management team and contributes to the overall development, direction, and management of the organization. In all responsibilities, the VP of Programs will support the agency’s trauma-informed services and policies. This person will work with senior leadership, licensed and certified directors to develop and lead best in class and best in client success services that are timely and effective. The VP of Programs will oversee and manage budgets, clinically focused agency policies, program contracts, and be responsible for adherence to HIPAA compliance as well as accreditation and reaccreditation requirements. Requirements This position requires a master’s degree in social work, psychology or related field and ten years of progressively responsible positions in a direct human service, management and /or administration role.
