Lana Krasnyansky Sokolinsky

Lana Krasnyansky Sokolinsky brings more than 15 years of human resources experience to her role as senior human capital consultant at TriNet, where she specializes in helping small and mid-size businesses design and execute strategic human resources initiatives. Before coming to TriNet, she held management positions at companies and agencies in the health care, technology, education, and marketing industries.
She earned bachelor’s degrees in dance and business administration from the University of Akron. Additionally, she studied social work at Fordham University and clinical counseling at John Carroll University.

With 13 years in her field, Traci Scherck has in-depth experience in partnering with business owners to identify needs and propose solutions which will benefit nearly every organization. As a senior human resource consultant with HK Payroll Services (HKP), she listens to client concerns and assists with creating a plan to solve their issues and further their human resource and business objectives.
Scherck’s deep human experience with nonprofit and for-profit organizations covers a wide array of industries. In previous roles she has been responsible for strategic planning, creating and implementing policies and procedures, developing safety and wellness initiatives, evaluating and instilling cultural competence, and administration of payroll and benefits. Her specialties include employee relations, training and development, nonprofit and staffing in long-term care centers, compensation management, and human resources compliance.
Scherck has a bachelor’s in management from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse and a master’s in public administration from Northern Illinois University. Her credentials include Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®), Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and Wisconsin Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA). She is a member of the National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Blackhawk Human Resource Association (BHRA).
