In today’s competitive job market, community-based human services organizations must continue to explore new opportunities for attracting new talent and for building a workplace that is reflective of the diverse communities in which we live and serve. Building off of the challenges uncovered and solutions designed at the Innovation Design Summit: Building a 21st Century Social Sector Workforce in November 2017, the 2018 HR Executive Roundtable will address but is not limited to the following discussion topics:

  • Leadership development for staff
