Senior Vice President and General Manager of CareGuidance
Scott Green is vice president and general manager of Netsmart’s CareGuidance solutions suite. In this role, he oversees Netsmart’s population health, consumer engagement, clinical content, analytics and interoperability solutions. Green works closely with Netsmart’s product, clinical and operational teams and Netsmart clients to create solutions that allow behavioral health, post-acute and social services organizations to maximize the value of their investment in healthcare information technology.
Prior to joining Netsmart, Green held a variety of positions with Pfizer Inc., including roles in government relations, marketing, sales, and as a Director of Integrated Delivery Systems. In this role, Green worked with quality and clinical leadership from leading integrated delivery systems to develop innovative initiatives and quality programs designed to drive standardization in care and improved outcomes. Green has a bachelor’s degree from Kansas State University and a graduate certificate in healthcare leadership from Park University.
Practice Director of Consulting
Julie Hiett is practice director of Consulting, managing the implementation teams for Netsmart’s care coordination, population health, addiction management, and public health solutions.
Hiett works closely with Netsmart’s product, development and consulting teams, driving these multi-functional teams to implement small and large-scale projects. She has led multiple statewide rollouts involving care coordination across social services, I/DD, behavioral health and primary care populations.
Prior to joining Netsmart, Hiett held a variety of positions with ScriptPro, a pharmacy software company, including leading large-scale projects for the Department of Veterans Administration, Department of Defense, and Indian Health Services. She also has more than eight years of experience in the social services and social work arena, including both child and adult mental health, mentoring, and advocacy, at community mental health centers and multiple nonprofit organizations.
Hiett has a bachelor’s in family studies & human services from Kansas State University and a master's in social work from Wichita State University.
