To call attention to the tremendous financial stress that is thwarting our sector’s ability to deliver on its missions and chart a new course forward, the Alliance for Strong Families and Communities, in partnership with the American Public Human Services Association, released a groundbreaking report on Jan. 22 on the financial health of the nonprofit human services sector.
Fresh off the release of the report, John MacIntosh, partner and board member of SeaChange Capital Partners, will share valuable insights on on the state of our sector during closing keynote address of the Senior Leadership Conference, to be held Feb. 24-17 in New Orleans.
MacIntosh will discuss the study, which used data-driven analysis and original research to assess the health of the sector and of community-based human services organizations in America. Learn about the internal and external forces creating challenges across the sector as well as cross-sector solutions and recommendations that will ensure the sector’s strength and vitality into the future.
MacIntosh leads SeaChange Capital Partners with overall responsibility for grantmaking, credit and investment, advisory services, and market-making. He also explores new roles SeaChange might play to help nonprofits have more impact while giving donors leveraged funding opportunities.
