This roundtable will focus on the COO's role in promoting organizational health and culture to optimize performance and achieve key goals. It will include discussions on the following:
- Approaches and strategies for adaptive strategic planning
- Effective staff engagement strategies
- Creating an organizational culture that promotes equity
- Addressing the mental health needs of direct service staff
Attendees will also have an opportunity to engage in additional discussion on top of mind challenges and opportunities with their peers.
