Join us each Friday for a fast but effective dose of self-care to fuel you on this new and uncharted journey known as COVID-19. You'll get practical ideas and concrete practices each week for keeping yourself in top condition for meeting the unprecedented demands of the times.
Self-care is now more important than ever, but it may feel impossible for you to invest in yourself right now. This webinar series will show you how easy and effective a few well-designed tools can be in helping you manage your emotions, maintain your clarity of mind, boost your energy, and keep you feeling both productive and fulfilled. We’ll keep it short (15-20 minutes tops) and engaging. The strategies you will learn are doable—they require no purchases or special equipment. They are grounded in neuroscience research, make sense, and they work.
Use the tools and you will feel better. You'll be recharged. You'll be resilient.
This webinar series is provided by the Alliance's Change in Mind Institute.
