On February 9, 2018, the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018 was signed into law which included the Family First Prevention Services Act (FFPSA). This summary, prepared by Public Consulting Group, Inc. Required state plan amendment dates according to ACYF-CB-PI-18-07, issued July 9, 2018, are also included.
